South African tourist arrested over 'dine and dash' at strip club Thai red-light district

John Paul Viljoen, 40, has been fondling women on his lap while drinking at the XS A Gogo bar along the notorious Walking Street in 'Sin City' Pattaya but reportedly refused to pay his 9,470-baht ($280) bill in the early hours of the morning.
