Australian tourist, 30, found dead in police cell after 'hanging himself'

Matthew Michael Winder, 30, was arrested for allegedly yelling and disturbing hotel guests while drunk at the Tropica Bungalow Hotel near Patong Beach on holiday island Phuket.
