'Disaster zone' pollution shrouds northern Thailand

Video shows the choking haze blanketing the Mae Sai district of Chiang Rai on April 4 as levels of harmful PM2.5 particles in the air soared to 178.2 grams per cubic metre - more than 35 times the safe level from the World Health Organisation.
