Police have dramatic chase with driver for not wearing seatbelt in Georgia

Police have arrested a man who fled after an officer noticed he was not wearing his seat belt.

The suspect Cepeda Carter, 30, was reportedly checked by a deputy who ran the car's tags and found he was wanted for probation violation on an aggravated assault charge.
