Heroin stuffed in fruit cans bound for Hong Kong seized in Thailand
Published date: Fri, 03 Mar 2023 13:59:22 +0700Thai authorities have arrested two Nigerian men and a Thai woman accused of trying to smuggle 8.5 kilograms of heroin in fruit cans to Hong Kong.
The suspects were detained on March 1 after officers from the Airport Interdiction Task Force and the Office of Narcotics Control Board (ONCB) found 11 suspicious parcels at a private firm in Bangkok on February 28.
