Russia authorities cancel alert siren test 'to avoid scaring locals' after Pulkovo airport chaos

Flights had been temporarily suspended for an hour at the airport on Tuesday as air defence drills commenced in the area. The suspension was lifted by 1200 local time, city officials said.
