Little girl who lost arm smiles as she gets gift from military visitors in Turkey

Four-and-a-half-year-old Fatma Ela Asici lost an arm in the tragedy and can be seen here at a hospital in the Turkish city of Kahramanmaras with her parents when she receives the surprise visit.
