Police arrest tuxedo-wearing amateur marksman over 'murder' of British pensioner in Thailand

Property developer Apicha Boonsawat, 32, was detained on Saturday morning after Neil Roger, 70, was blasted four times killing him instantly as he rode his scooter home from the pub.
