Abandoned newborn baby found alive inside trash bag in the Philippines

The foundling still had its umbilical cord attached and was covered in bits of placenta when it was discovered by shocked villagers in front of a closed store in Lopez town, Quezon province, on November 16 at 6:20 am local time.
