A hero firefighter sawed through a phone case after a five-month-old baby trapped his thumb in the plastic item.

Curious infant Goktug Aydin Demir put his thumb through the cover's hole in Izmir, in Kocaeli Province, north-western Turkey on Monday, October 24.
