Ukrainian forces recapture Vovchansk in Kharkiv Region and burn Russian flags

The first footage shows Ukrainian military vehicles heading towards the city, with destroyed Russian vehicles strewn along a road. Two Ukrainian soldiers can then be seen burning a Russian flag while others rip down Russian propaganda posters.
