People flee as Russian missiles hit Vinnytsia in Central Ukraine killing 23 people

According to the latest figures, 117 people have also been reported injured after the Russian missiles hit an office block and residential buildings in the city centre of Vinnytsia, in west-central Ukraine, far from the front lines.
