An overloaded hanging bridge collapsed, injuring three people in the Philippines.

The cable-stayed bridge in Laua-an town, Antique province gave out while the pedestrians were crossing it on June 15. A cement post at the bridge's approach allegedly toppled over, sending the locals plummeting seven metres down on the riverbank below.
