Firetruck swept away by deluge after heavy rain in southern China

A fire truck was washed away by heavy flooding that hit southern China on Sunday.

The truck had reportedly finished evacuating stranded residents in Shaoguan City in Guangdong province on June 19 when the water level suddenly rose and caused it to stall. Footage shows the strong currents pushing the still-occupied truck down the road while the driver steered the wheel to safety.
