Tropical Storm Megi stranded locals in central Philippines, flattening trees and blocking traffic as it continued to pummel the archipelago nation killing at least 24 people.
Footage shows residents stuck on the road after strong winds felled trees that blocked passage through a town in Mahaplag municipality in disaster-prone Leyte province on April 11.
