American, 37, arrested for investment scam while living high-life in Thai red-light district

An American tourist has been arrested for allegedly running an investment scam while living the high life in Thailand's red-light district.

The suspect named by police as Matthew Christensen, 37, is said to have duped fellow U.S. citizens into believing he was an investment manager for a company with 60 branches across the world.
