Shoppers across the world scrambled to buy budget wristwatches recently released by Swiss luxury watchmaker Omega.

Footage shows customers waiting outside a Swatch store in London's Carnaby Street on March 26 to buy their own model of the bioceramic 'MoonSwatch'.
