Man sets own jacket on fire when pocketing his lighter

A man set his jacket on fire when he put his lighter in his jacket pocket in China.

CCTV footage taken in Beijing on February 27 shows the man using the device to light a cigarette. He then tucked it away and proceeded to take several drags of the cigar while watching a video on his phone.
