A Ukrainian governor has claimed that children and doctors are being massacred and that his people will never forget the Russian atrocities, which he branded a 'genocide'.

Governor of the Sumy Oblast region Dmytro Zhyvytskyy, who recorded video showing the city of Okhtyrka this morning on Thursday morning March 3, said Russian troops had targeted civilians.
