A huge explosion jolted Sumy City in Ukraine this morning after Russia declared the start of 'special military operations' in the country.

Video taken on February 24 at around 5 am local time shows the blast illuminating the horizon shortly before a terrifying mushroom cloud rose over the northeastern city.
