Terrifying waterspout tornado spotted near Thai coast

A terrifying waterspout tornado was spotted forming off the coast of central Thailand.

Sathaporn Phonsuwan was driving home when he saw the dark clouds swirling in the distance in Samut Prakan province on January 27 morning. The cloud mass spun rapidly and formed a long funnel that descended down to the water below. A short, light drizzle followed soon after.
