Thank you for allowing ViralPress to use your video and / or photographs, hereby referred to as the ‘content’. ViralPress finds newsworthy content and acquires permission from owners to use it in various media, including print, online and broadcast.

With regards to the content discussed, ViralPress may publish on our own platform and social media channels and distribute the content to media partners. The consent gives ViralPress and its partner organisations permission to share, republish and / or broadcast the content. This means that it can be used in whole or in part in online commercial video players, in TV packages, in print, in social media and on any other media channels.

ViralPress will distribute the content and the copyright holder will be credited in the description, caption or on-screen. This description alongside the content will include various facts and details about the incident to describe it for the readers and viewers.

Further, by granting  Viral Press non-exclusive rights to the content mentioned, you are agreeing to the following:

1. You confirm that you are the owner of the content, or that you have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to grant ViralPress a license to the video. You also confirm that the content does not vest in some third party (e.g. your employer, if the content was created by you in the course of your employment or contracted work).
2. Aside from the conditions of distribution described here, you retain all ownership rights to your video footage.
3. You grant Viral Press and its partners a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, sub-licenseable and transferable irrevocable, license to use, reproduce, distribute, edit, prepare derivative works of, display, add logos, and perform the video content in any media format and through any media channels, including social media with monetisation through partner programs, whether known or currently yet unknown, in this universe or those yet to be discovered.
4. You confirm that your description of the events in the video is true to the best of your knowledge
