This is the moment a truck tire went loose and almost smashed into an oncoming vehicle behind.

Dashcam footage shows the tire bouncing across an expressway in Manila, the Philippines on November 7. Fortunately, the driver behind was at moderate speed and was able to slow down when the wheel detached.
