A motorist who was denied petrol for allegedly violating traffic laws threatened to light a cigarette in a fuel station in China.

The biker drove into the station in Yueyang City in Hunan province on December 6 to refuel. However, staff refused to provide service because the man's vehicle was reportedly unlicensed, and he was not wearing a helmet at the time.
