Motorist drags petrol pump staff and runs off without paying

This is the moment a motorist dragged a pump attendant after allegedly refusing to pay for petrol in southern China.

CCTV footage taken in Loudi City, Hunan province on November 7 shows the car driving off while the staff chased after it. The worker clung onto the vehicle's window, but was dragged and almost run over.
