Waterspout forms as Typhoon Lionroc hits Fujian, China

A large waterspout tornado formed in China's eastern province of Fujian on October 8.

Footage shows the waterspout gliding over the water as it approached a bridge in Pingtan County. It formed as Typhoon Lionrock drew closer to southern China.
