Taliban fighters publicly beat a man who was accused of stealing a smartphone in Kabul, Afghanistan.

Footage posted on September 18 shows Taliban soldiers physically abusing a bound man amid a crowd of onlookers in front of the Kabul Ministry of Education. The man was seen being whipped and kicked as he cried out in pain.
