Billboard blown over by Typhoon Chanthu falls on woman in China

This is the moment a billboard blown over by strong winds fell on a woman at a shopping complex in China.

CCTV footage shows the 4 x 1.5 meter billboard getting dragged by gusts from Typhoon Chanthu in Changfeng Joy City, Shanghai on September 13. The woman ran to avoid getting hit, but was knocked out after the billboard slammed her on the head. Concerned mallgoers rushed to the unconscious lady's aid, lifting the heavy advertisement board off of her.
