Taliban publicly flog locals in Herat, Afghanistan

Taliban soldiers publicly flogged people in Herat province on Monday.

Two Taliban fighters were filmed beating unidentified people next to a police car while onlookers watched on. A man and a woman can be heard screaming and crying as the militants resumed the public display of violence.
