Taliban fighters patrol Panjshir streets after takeover

Taliban soldiers roamed around Panjshir after the besieged resistance holdout finally fell to the insurgents on Monday.

The streets of the former opposition haven are now heavy with Taliban presence. Footage shows pickup trucks carrying armed Taliban fighters patrolling the main highway, the marketplace, and the Governor's compound on September 7.
