Reflective tape bursts into flames after touching power line

Onlookers were left in shock after they witnessed a reflective tape dropping from the sky and bursting into flames when it touched a power line.

Smartphone footage captured in the Shapingba district of Chongqing, China, shows the tape falling from the sky out of nowhere on the afternoon of March 24.
