Snow plow operator escapes unharmed when vehicle tips over

A snow plow operator had a lucky escape on Friday morning when their equipment flipped over the edge of a parking ramp.

The telescopic handler machine was attempting to dump snow from the top level when it lost balance and plunged over the side.
