Protests erupt against Japan releasing Fukushima water into ocean

Protesters erupted today amid anger over plans to release water contaminated with radioactive material from the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power plant into the ocean.

Sixteen demonstrators were arrested outside the Japanese Embassy in Seoul, South Korea, where they tried to force their way into the embassy building but were stopped by police.
