Thousands of bees settled on cars and when a lorry filled with bee hives overturned at a toll station in China.

The swarms went wild when a vehicle carrying the bees crashed on the expressway in Fuxin in Liaoning province, north-eastern China, and let them loose on oncoming traffic.
