Police seize cannabis from 'cat cannibal' Buddhist monk's room in Thailand

Police have seized cocktails made from cannabis and the drug kratom from the room of an alleged cannibal monk accused of killing and eating more than 80 cats .

Officials from the Watchdog Thailand Foundation and the Chachoengsao Provincial Office of Buddhism raided the room of Porndanai Ketkaew or Phra Kim, 23, after he was arrested yesterday for allegedly torturing and butchering moggies he had adopted from local pet owners.
