Drunk tourist 'high on marijuana destroys shop' and sits on rock at sea

Ilya Golovko, 35, from Kazakhstan, sparked panic when he allegedly began destroying tables and shelves at the building's restaurant on Rin Beach on the island of Koh Pha Ngan in southern Thailand on April 9.
