Footage shows a street food chef making Pad Thai - which the country's Prime Minister praised at the weekend for being added the Oxford list of international words.
The iconic dish was introduced to Thailand in the 1930s to give locals a sense of national identity. Almost 100 years on and the dish is a staple meal for tourists visiting the popular Southeast Asian country. It is made by frying rice noodles with sauce and adding prawns, tofu, eggs, beansprouts, crushed peanuts and local sauces.
