Ferry collides with oil tanker off Philippines coast 'due to strong waves'

The LCT BATO TWIN I ship carrying 69 passengers was manoeuvring out of the Tampi Port in Negros Oriental province when it slammed into the PETRO HELEN motor tanker approaching a nearby oil berth on March 7.
