Russia uses Iranian drones and Smerch rockets to shell Mykolaiv and Dnipro civilians

The Governor of the Mykolaiv region in southern Ukraine, Vitaly Kim, has said Russia used Iranian drones and Smerch missiles to attack civilian areas in Mykolaiv and Dnipro.

He said that a nine-storey building had been hit in a sleeping Mykolaiv neighbourhood in a fatal attack and that emergency workers had rescued people trapped under rubble. And in Dnipro over 100 civilian buses were reportedly destroyed on September 29.
