A bodybuilder dubbed the ‘Brazilian Hulk' who injected oil to make his muscles larger died on his 55th birthday.

Valdir Segato from Sao Paolo mixed sesame oil, alcohol, and painkillers as a steroid alternative to boost his 23-inch 'guns', or biceps. He also injected the toxic solution into his pectorals until they swelled so much they resembled iron balls stuck on his chest.
