Pet dog caught on CCTV stealing chicken from dining table

The crafty Shih Tzu-Dachshund mix named Parker, 2, was caught on camera making sure the coast was clear before jumping onto a chair to steal a chicken drumstick from the table in Pasig City, Manila, on July 8.
