This is the first picture of the British soldier who blasted his brains out at a shooting range in Thailand.

Ian Joseph Harper, 35, from Netherley, Liverpool rented the 9mm handgun before firing 10 shots at a paper target at the shooting range in Pattaya at around 11:30 am this morning, July 13.
