Tenants celebrate end of quarantine by holding ribbon-cutting ceremony in eastern China

The locals had just finished 14 days of isolation, and their building was declared a Covid-free zone on May 8. To mark the occasion, they arranged a ribbon-cutting ceremony, complete with short speeches and music blaring on speakers.
