Residents facing food shortages in locked-down Shanghai were outraged after finding boxes of supplies allegedly left to rot without being distributed.

Villagers from Songnan village tore open the boxes of relief goods, which had reportedly gone bad after allegedly being hoarded by the local residential committee. The donations were labelled 'Fight on, Shanghai,' but the locals claimed the supplies never reached them.
