Rescuers cordoned off a bridge that collapsed killing four people as they searched for survivors and the bodies of victims in the Philippines.
The metal beams of the Clarin Bridge twisted before it collapsed in the middle sending at least 12 cars, trucks, and a tricycle down into the fast-flowing Loboc River below in the town of Loay on April 27.
