An all-you-can-eat buffet owner is threatening to JAIL a customer who complained over a penalty charge for ordering too much food.

The hotpot restaurant's owner Daw Thunyawan said he would sue a customer for defamation after she complained on social media about being 'unfairly charged' for the leftovers in Nakhon Pathom province, Thailand. Defamation is a criminal offence in Thailand and carries a maximum sentence of two years behind bars.
