Tyndall effect makes building facade 'shimmer' in northeastern China

Video taken in Dalian City in Liaoning province on March 9 shows wisps of light seemingly protruding from the gleaming building, which was reportedly 383.45 metres high. The beams created a shining 'cloud' next to the tall structure.
