Hilarious moment young woman is sent flying on running machine in China

This is the hilarious moment a young woman took a sip of water, stepped on a running machine while unaware that it was moving, and was sent flying.

Amusing CCTV footage shows the gym with a number of running machines along one wall in Liaoning province on March 8. A young woman in pink was then seen enthusiastically jogging on one of the machines as her friend, in yellow training pants, walked over while drinking from her water bottle.
