Locals chase down car 'stealing fuel from parked truck' in China

Locals chased down a car suspected of stealing fuel from a truck in southeast China.

The civilians were driving along a road in Maoming City, Guangdong province when they encountered a sedan parked suspiciously close to the truck on January 18. The car's windows were rolled down, and its passengers appeared to be siphoning petrol from the truck's oil tank using a tube.
